Description of the complex
Park Avenue VIP consists of five commissioned buildings ranging in height from 21 to 24 floors. Among them are four candles and one five-section building of variable height. A plot of 3.96 hectares was used for development.
There are 1221 premium class apartments in new buildings. Housing area ranges from 54 m2 to 364 m2. The choice of apartments with three-meter ceilings and enlarged panoramic windows. Most of them have views of the green Goloseevsky district, the city center.
The real estate is given with preparation for fine finishing, and redevelopment can be done as a gift from the architects of the object. The housing has metal entrance doors with a double soundproofing circuit, boxes for circuit breakers. The heating system is equipped with KERMI radiators. Individual heat meters are brought to the site. The rooms have space for air conditioners.
The halls are equipped with furniture, individual mailboxes. Bicycle storage facilities are also provided at the entrances. There is a concierge service in each lobby, and Wi-Fi is available in public areas and on site.
The buildings are equipped with high-speed panoramic Schindler facade elevators. The first floors of new buildings are reserved for infrastructure facilities, shops, kindergartens, sports clubs.
The high-rise buildings of the complex are located along the perimeter of the closed adjacent territory, on which a park of 2.5 hectares is equipped. An access control system is provided at the entrance to the residential complex. For comfort, safety and cleanliness, green courtyards are designed according to the “car-free” concept. They have two football fields and a basketball court. Playgrounds are built separately for each building. Dog walking is provided in specially equipped areas of the park. Also on the territory there are areas for picnics, games, recreation, walks.
The residential complex is guarded around the clock. For security, 410 video surveillance cameras are installed, and the Swiss Securiton fire protection system is used.
An underground three-level parking was built for residents’ cars with access from an elevator to any level. You can enter the territory of the residential complex from two sides – from Goloseevsky Prospekt and from Demeevskaya Street.
Infrastructure
Five minutes from the residential complex is the nearest shopping center and Goloseevsky Park. Near the new buildings there are 4 schools, 5 kindergartens, 2 of which are located directly on the site.
Also, directly at the complex there is a fitness center with a swimming pool, banks, cafes, beauty salons, a bakery, a flower shop, a supermarket, a car wash, dry cleaning, dentistry, an insurance company, a notary’s office and other facilities. In the warm season, a summer cinema is open on the territory.
In walking distance green areas with ponds, alleys for walking. Within a radius of two hundred meters, dozens of shops, supermarkets of household appliances, electronics, a clinic, a post office, cafes, restaurants, and other objects of commercial and social infrastructure are open.
